Meet Alex Harris

Founder of Noosa4Sale. Trusted local expert. A fresh perspective on real estate.

Previously an award-winning media and public relations executive, Alex’s unique experience in developing the marketing strategy for premium residential property in Noosa together with more than 30 years international experience in PR, media and marketing, has proved invaluable to clients.

With more than $300m in property sales since starting Noosa4Sale, Alex has entrenched herself as a trusted and skilled real estate agent, delivering solid advice, exceptional service and results with honesty and integrity

Outside of real estate, Alex is best known for her creation and funding of the national crowdsourced koala map KoalaTracker.com.au, now in its 14th year. Alex is also known as a generous supporter of local charities and causes.

Meet Nadia Colbourn

Nadia is well and truly one of the locals, having grown up in Noosa. Showing leadership and people skills at a young age, she was appointed school captain at Sunshine Beach Primary State School in 1992.

Nadia became well known in the community for her musical talent performing as a solo artist at many of the clubs, restaurants and entertainment venues, and Australian Idol 2006.

Well trained and fully licensed, Nadia is a highly skilled experienced Property Manager and Sales Associate to Alex.

She genuinely cares about people, understands the importance of communication and is a stand out from the crowd when it comes to building relationships.

Outside of real estate, Alex is well known for her long-time support of local causes that make a difference. She actively supports the Showdown Film Festival and the initiative to create a film industry on the Sunshine Coast, and is a regular participant and Sunshine Coast fundraising Ambassador for the St Vincent de Paul annual CEO sleepout.

Alex is also a regular donor to and supporter of SunnyKids, Santas Classy Helpers, and Steps Pathways College and many other local charities. Noosa4Sale is also the lead sponsor of the Noosa Swimming Club and a sponsor of the Noosa Biosphere Foundation Awards. In addition, Alex created and continues to fund and manage the national crowdsourced koala mapping project, KoalaTracker.com.au.
